Any notes you create are exclusively for your personal use. They are incorporated into our search functionality and displayed alongside the relevant contact's profile.
Connecting your social media profiles helps us build your contact list by identifying your direct connections.
When you connect your messaging apps, we identify the people you communicate with to facilitate contact creation within the app. We analyze messaging patterns (like frequency) but never access the content of your messages.
We use your existing contacts solely to display the names you've associated with phone numbers. These names are stored securely within your account and are never shared externally.
Due to macOS restrictions, integrating with iMessage and WhatsApp requires full disk access. This is the only permission that allows us to connect with these apps. If Apple provides more granular access in the future, we will update our integration accordingly. We only use this access to identify your messaging contacts in a read-only manner.
Our optional AI features utilize your notes and contact information to deliver intelligent functionalities, such as suggesting related contacts, summarizing contact details, answering your questions, and improving search results.
We use your email to send you important product updates, weekly summaries, and occasional transactional notifications (like subscription receipts or support responses). You can easily unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
We collect general usage data (e.g., feature usage frequency, sign-in times) to improve our app and identify performance issues. This data is anonymized, does not include any personally identifiable information, and is never shared with third parties. We are committed to further anonymizing this data in the near future.

We use cookies on our website and tokens within the app to maintain your login session. Our server may store basic technical information, like your IP address, temporarily or in logs.

BoldConnect periodically verifies the accuracy of all of the information in its databases. Data that is found to be inaccurate or out of date is removed from the database. In addition, we honor all opt-out requests so if any person requests deletion of their data, then such data would be deleted.
When a customer terminates their contract with us, we delete their account and remove any associations of such customer with any data in our databases promptly, and no later than 90 days of termination of their contract.
